The Service tags field allows you to develop an additional group of categories to suit your own business needs. This section is optional and would only be filled in if it is useful for you. This information in does not appear on the invoice. It is for the practitioner’s use only and the tags can be seen on the individual client’s session booking. E.g. A counsellor sees clients at multiple locations. He sets up a service tag for each site, so he can specify within the session booking information, which site an individual’s appointment is booked at. When he looks up his 10am booking, the service tag telling him which site the session is held, is visible on the session booking.
You are able to create Service Tags unless you have ticked “Disable Service Tags” in the Business Settings section. If you wish to use Service Tags for your business, you can re-enable this service by removing the tick next to Disable service Tags.
