This is where you can manage and personalise your invoice templates. Remove the words “Control your invoice templates”
- You can personalise your invoice templates to meet your own business needs. This allows you to include the details that are specific to your business. You can create as many different templates as you need. g. 1. A massage therapist who charges a different rate for a home visit than for a massage session provided in her office, set up two different templates with different details and prices – one for her office-based sessions and one for home visits. E.g. 2. A counsellor needed to include different provider details whenever she provided counselling sessions to a different health fund. She set up a separate personalised invoice for each health fund to make the invoicing process easier.
- Edit Service Template screen: To create your own template, you need to begin with the Default template. From the Selected Template menu option, choose the Default template. You can then type into each field to add and modify the information you need on it and then save it as a new name E.g. Online counselling invoice, Home Visit massage invoice etc.
- When you have provided a session to someone and go to generate an invoice for that session, you can choose whichever template you need from the Selected Template menu.
