This field allows you to develop your own categories to reflect the services you provide. Once you have created all the service types you need, these will come up as options you can choose when you book a new client in for a session. The default cost and duration of this service is shown but you can also change these details when you book the session, if you need to. E.g. A podiatrist has a standard charge for providing a treatment on a home visit. When he makes a new booking, he chooses Home Visit for his service type. This defaults to his standard fee and standard duration for this treatment type. This works well for him as most of his clients are within 10 kms of his office and pay the standard fee. However, with one client who lives 40 kms away, he negotiates a different fee and he then changes the cost and duration manually when he makes that session booking.
