Filling-up and sending the Jisti Feedback form is easy and straight forward.
There are three fields in the Feedback form: Email, Comment and Rating.
The Email field is prefilled with the email of the logged-in user.
A star-rating input is provided for the user to feedback his/her over-all impression of the Jisti product.
Five star is Very Good.
Four star is Good.
Three star is OK .
Two star is Poor.
One star is Very Poor.
No action is taken on the form if you attempt to click on Send but with the Comment field left blank. But if you click on Send with the Comment field filled-up, then the form will be closed, the feedback will be sent to the Jisti team, and you will receive a confirmation email that the Feedback is successfully received.
A ticket will be created for every feedback received by the Jisti team. If an issue is raised, then the Jisti team will urgently attend to the issues and will reply through email.
