The utmost concern of Jisti is to make sure that the users are satisfied with its use. Jisti has a feedback feature where its users can articulate their impression with the product, issues encountered, difficulty in its navigation or any concerns that would meet their expectations in its usage. The Jisti product will be continually improved and will evolve according to the users’ requirements brought up through feedback.
There are two ways to access the Feedback form
- Click on the Feedback button. This is found at the upper right of the Main Menu.
The Feedback form will pop up. You can fill-up the form and click on Send or you can click outside the form to cancel.
- At the main menu, click on a drop down at the upper right. Then choose Feedback.
The Feedback form will pop up.
