The Session Page consists of a list of all the clients’ schedule and status of the sessions. It has three views for viewing schedules. These are: Weekly (W), Monthly(M), and Date Range(All).
Clicking on the Sessions button will display the Session Page. At the top portion of the page are the three buttons of the three views for viewing schedules. These are: Weekly (W), Monthly(M), and Date Range(All).
This is the default view that will be displayed upon clicking on the Sessions button. The current week is displayed highlighting the current day.
The sessions scheduled for that day is/are displayed – if there is any.
The calendar shows that there is a scheduled session on April 3, 2019.
Horizontal scroll buttons are provided. Scrolling to the right will display the succeeding week of that week currently on display. Scrolling to the left will display the week prior. Suppose the right scroll button is pressed.
We see that there are no scheduled sessions for this week.
A Date Search box is provided for faster navigation to a more distant date. Suppose we want to view the sessions on February 19, then we click on the Date Search box. Put in the date and click Go.
The sessions that were scheduled on February 19, 2019 are displayed.
There are six sessions on February 19. Excluding the sessions which are Cancelled or Late Cancelled, the total hours for sessions is 4:00 hours. This is verified as the sum of 0h 15 m, 1h 00 m, 0h 45 m and 2h 00m.
We can also add a session for a client from the Weekly view. Click on Add Session button.
A session form is displayed. Fill-up the form and click Save.
The advantage of the monthly view is that we see a wider time interval for plotting a session schedule.
To display the monthly calendar, click on the M button.
The view is toggled to the monthly view.
Clicking on February 19 displays the sessions on that date.
Just like in the Weekly view, we can also add a new session in the Monthly view. Clicking on Add Session button displays the Sessions form for creating a new session.
A Date Search box to the right of the Add Session button is also provided for faster navigation.

Then the view is shifted from the month of February to the month of March.
Clicking on the All button will allow us to see all the Sessions records for a date range.
Four filter fields are displayed, which are: Date Range, Status, Type and Filter.
Clicking on the Date Range box, will display a calendar where we can specify a time interval.
Clicking on the Status drop down will display the list of Session Status.
Clicking on the Type drop down will display the list of Session Types.
The Filter drop down allows us to narrow the search according to whether the Session Account is Paid or Invoiced.
