Make sure that the Service Tags link is accessible from the Settings page. The Service Tags link is displayed only if the Disable Service Tags field is unchecked in the Business settings page.
- Head on to Settings > Business Settings and uncheck the Disable Service Tags field. Click on Save.
- Click on Service Tags.
- To add a Service Tag, click on + Add Tag button.
- Fill-up Service Tag form and click on Save.
In a Sessions form, the newly added Service Tag will be visible in the Service Tag drop down.
Service Tags can also be added by typing in a new entry in the Tag textbox in a Sessions form when adding a new session or editing an existing one.
