In Jisti, clients can be grouped into Client Groups. Practitioners may group their clients according to the type of cases, type of services or any modes of groupings they want.

How to add Client Groups
- Head on to Settings. Click on Client Groups.
- The Client Groups page is displayed. In the example, there are already three existing Client Groups in the list. Click on + Add Client Group button.
- Fill-up the Client Group form and click on Save.
Viewing Client Groups
To view the list of Client Groups, head on to Settings > Client Groups.
Client Groups are also viewed in Client form when we add a new client or edit an existing one.
How to edit Client Groups
The only reason why we edit a Client Group is when we update the Description or change the Colour in the Client Group form. We cannot change the Client Group Name.
To edit a Client Group, head on to Settings > Client Groups.
Then click on the Edit icon.
Do the updates and click on Save.
However even if we cannot update the Client Group Name, but we have the option to delete a Client Group by clicking on the red Remove icon at the bottom right of the form.
