The Jisti team utmost concern is that your business will grow; and that you will get many clients. Digging pertinent information from many client records can be quite taxing. Jisti tries to simplify this.
In Jisti application, we categorize clients according to Client Groups. We also categorize sessions according to Session Types. A rationale behind these categorizations is that these categories will be used as parameters in decision making.
The Client Summary report provides summary on income of the Client Groups; and also on income of Session Types.
This article is a discussion on how to use the client summary report.
1. The Client Summary charts are accessed from the Reports. Click on the Client Summary area.
2. There are three charts created for Client Summary, namely: Session Income, Top 10 highest paying clients, and Session income by client groups by month.
The Session Income pie chart shows the distribution of income according to the Client Group. In this chart, we will see what Client Groups have large income.
In the Top 10 highest paying clients pie chart, it can be seen whose clients have availed more Jisti’s services.
The Session income by client groups by month is a stacked bar chart. In this chart, we see which among the Client Groups are giving more income. The height of the stacked bar tells what months has higher income.
