Expenses are categorized according to Expenses types. There are three views where we can see the list of Expenses Types. These are:
Expenses Types Search
Expenses Form
Expenses Types Settings
Expenses Types Search
To see the list of Expenses Types from the Expenses page, click on the Expenses Types Filter drop down.
The Search drop down will display the list of Expenses Types.
Expenses Form
The Expenses Types can also be seen from a drop down in the Expenses form. An Expenses form is invoked when adding or editing an expense.
Click on the + Add Expense button.
Clicking on the Expenses Type drop down in the form, lists the Expense Types.
Expenses Types Settings
To see the list of Expenses Types from the Settings page, click on Expense Types.
A list of Expenses Types is displayed. If we want to add more expense categories, then click on the + Add Expense Type button.
