We cannot do editing in the invoice page. In this page nothing is clickable except the Download PDF and the Send Via Email buttons. If there is a need to edit any of the details in an invoice, then it is done by editing the Session form.
Suppose, we will do some editing as follows:
- for the invoice details on Jan 4, change Cost to $30;
- for the invoice details on Jan 4, change Service to Counselling; and
- exclude $100 for Jan 2 because it is already paid.
- In the Clients profile page, click on the Sessions area.
- Click on the Sessions submenu for the session on Jan 4.
- Click on Edit Session icon.
- Do the updates and click on Save.
- For the session on Jan 2, click on the Pay This will exclude $100 in the invoice details because it is already paid.
- Access the Invoice and see that the updates take effect.
