Case notes are a way of documenting cases for future reference. There are several approaches for adding case notes in Jisti. This article will discuss on how to add case notes for a client.
Suppose we want to add a case note for the client Jim Smeth.
1. To head on to the Case Notes page, click on Case Notes icon on a record in the Client Details view for the client Jim Smeth.
Another way to head on to the Case Notes page of this client is to click on + in the Case Notes area in the Clients profile.
2. In the Case Notes page, click on the + Add Case Notes button.
3. Fill-up case title and notes. Click on Save button to save case notes for this client.
