This article discusses on how case notes are added from the Sessions page.
Suppose we want to add a case notes for the session of Travis Beckle which is scheduled on
July 12, 2019.
1. Click on the Sessions sub-menu.
2. Click on Case Notes icon.
3. Fill-up Case Notes Click on Save.
Case Notes are associated for a customer and are not tied to a specific session. This newly created case notes is associated to customer Travis Beckle and is no way connected to a particular session of Travis Beckle - even on that session where the Case Notes form for this newly added case notes was initiated. That is, this newly created Case Notes is not tied to that session of Travis Beckle scheduled on July 12, 2019.
